And Apple.

  • To provide learners with the skills and knowledge needed to build a simple mobile app.

Learning Outcomes:

Upon successful completion of the course, participants should be able to:

  • Understand the difference between traditional (desktop) applications and mobile apps
  • Be familiar enough with Android Studio to create a basic app
  • Understand the how to use a real Android device with Android Studio for app development
  • Understand the Android platform with respect to developing simple apps.
  • Understand the core building blocks of Android apps.
  • Create a basic android app
  • Create a basic app using a cloud-based environment.
  • Understand how to use the Apple and Google systems to publish apps.
